What is unfair about this?  Hertz asked the work­ers to clock out for prayers, they refused, were sus­pended, offered last chance, some accepted instruc­tions to clock out and were rein­stated, the oth­ers refused and were fired.  Seems fair.  Hertz should not be required to pay work­ers to pray.
