Tea Party uncovers the message of hate coming from Democrats

The “Tea Party” is any American that questions the status quo.  That  Democrats demonize it and Republicans give it lip service isn’t enough to  dismiss it.  What really comes out of this is the stark racism, hate, and  fear mongering of the Democrats.

Commonsense from James Carville

If there is one person I’d want as my advocate, it wouldn’t be Karl Rove, David Axelrod, or any of the others out there.  No, it would be James Carville.

Today he offered clear advice on Obama’s error in attempting to schedule a presidential address to Congress next Wednesday. (Besides the fact that such a joint session is at the invitation of Congress not at the demand of the president.).  On “Good Morning America” he explained:

I do think this is a really big debate, and I think the White House was out of bounds…in trying to schedule a speech during a debate.”

Given a “choice between watching a debate and the speech, I would have watched the debate and I’m not even a Republican or even close to being a Republican.”

Will Obama next blame God for his problems?

Obama has blamed his problems on the earthquake in Japan, now on the hurricane that sputtered its way up the East Coast of the U.S.  These are both what many might call Acts of God.  Will we next see Obama blame God for his problems?

Jim Crow?!

Now, I like Bill Clinton.  Except for his adultry issues he was a great president–hands down better than any other recent president.  That said, his comparison of voter ID requirements as a return to Jim Crow is over-the-top.  The laws, as I’ve read about them, simply ask voters to prove who they are.  These laws do not disenfranchise legitimate voters, nor create undo burden on anyone.  Seriously, how many people don’t have some form of identification–driver’s license, state ID, passport, etc.?  Besides, I think most or all of the states enacting these laws offer alternatives to people who don’t have the required identification.  No legitimate voter is likely to not be able to cast their vote.

Election integrity is important, whether to stop illegal aliens and other non-citizens from voting or to ensure that people vote only once.  I challenge anyone to show me one real person who cannot cast a vote because of these laws that would otherwise be eligible and empowered to do so.
